This Web site (hereinafter "Site") is intended to provide general information about the Welcome Home Wyoming Program (the "Program") sponsored by the Housing Authority of the City of Cheyenne (the "Authority"). By written agreement between the Authority and GKB MM, the Authority has authorized GKB MM to market and promote the Program on their behalf, including operating this Web Site for the Program.

The Authority's Program provides for the financing of mortgage loans in the State of Wyoming to qualifying borrowers. The Authority's Program provides for the purchase and resale of certain securities ("GNMA Securities") fully guaranteed as to principal and interest by the Government National Mortgage Association ("GNMA"), and by providing for down payment and other assistance to certain borrowers with respect to qualifying mortgage loans.
